Learning does not steal a child's innocence, it's the weight of experience that does

But the right education can teach them how to face those experiences with wisdom, courage and grace.
It can preserve what’s pure while awakening what’s strong, guiding young minds to grow, not just older, but wiser.

Think of social media like driving a car: you wouldn’t hand over the keys to someone who has no clue about driving, right? So why are young people thrown into the fast lane of the internet without some kind of map and guide?

Like driving a car, social media requires skills, awareness, and a few solid rules. Otherwise, it’s way too easy to go from good vibes to total chaos.

In my days, you had to wait until you were a full-grown adult with a degree, a necktie, and probably a briefcase before you could start networking.

But guess what? Not anymore. These days, you can start building your career in your pyjamas, on your phone, and before you even finish secondary school. Wild, right?

For the past 10 years, I have worked with experts in the medical and digital fields to develop sustainable solutions to the challenges of social media misuse among the younger generation.

At the same time, I have worked closely with families and adolescents to educate them on using social media safely and responsibly.
